Job Requirements
• Certificates or any qualifications from a recognized Culinary School or college would be an added advantage but not mandatory
• At least 1 year working experience as kitchen helpers or equivalent role and above 18 years old
• Flexibility to assist chefs to prepare Asian and Western Cuisines
• Good team player and able to take and follow instructions
• Have own transport

Job Scopes
• Assist Head Chef/Assistant Chef in preparation of food as necessary
• Washing/cutting of ingredients and ensuring good hygiene and food safety in the kitchen at all times
• Dish washing and emptying the rubbish bins as and when necessary
• Keep the kitchen clean and tidy including mopping the floors during café operating hours and at the end of day
• Other miscellaneous duties as assigned by Management/Head Chef/Assistant Chef

Benefits & Remunerations
• Salary Range: BND 400 to BND 500 depending on your qualifications and experience
• TAP and SCP for Local hires only
• One off day per week
• Overtime payment
• Staff housing or housing allowance for non-Local hires
