Position: Kitchen staff
Total Vacancy: 5 Male/Female
Job Description:
• Cleaning all dishes, work stations, cooking equipment, and food storage areas in accordance with food safety regulations;
• Washing, chopping, shredding, and grating ingredients for subsequent use by the Chef;
• Sweeping and mopping floors, as required;
• Assisting with the production of food;
• Storing ingredients according to prescribed food safety regulations;
• Assisting with the monitoring of inventory;
• Reporting all damaged or faulty equipment to the Production Manager.
Education Required: Pre National Diploma (PND) or equivalent (SC1, SC2, SC3)
Age: 20 - 45 years old
Driving License Class: 3
Basic Salary: B$ 400 / Month
Employment Type: Full Time
