Job Description:

Minimum Requirements:

1) Two years proven accounting job experience, preferably as an Account receivable clerk or Accounts payable clerk
2) Higher National Diploma or Accounting graduate
3) With pleasing personality
4) Able to speak and understand English language

Job Descriptions:

1) Perform a variety of accounting, bookkeeping and financial tasks.
2) Keeping financial records updated, preparing reports and reconciling bank statements in a timely ma
er.
Can also run accounting software programs (e. g. Peachtree/eZee) to process business transactions, like accounts payable and receivable, disbursements, expense vouchers and receipts.
3) Verifying the accuracy of invoices and other accounting documents or records. Update and maintain accounting journals, ledgers and other records detailing financial business transactions.
4) Typing accurately, preparing and maintaining accounting documents and records.
5) Provide assistance and support to company perso
el.
6) Research, track and restore accounting or documentation problems and discrepancies.
7) Accuracy and attention to detail.
8) Constantly update job knowledge.


Education Required: Higher National Diploma (HND) or equivalent
Age: 26 - 40 years old
Driving License Class: 3
Basic Salary: B$ 350 / Month
