Brunei Oxygen Sdn Bhd (Brunox) is looking for a suitably qualified and experienced candidate to fill in the position of a Maintenance Manager.

This position has responsibility for managing the maintenance planning and execution for our production facilities. He/She will also be responsible for all safety, training personnel and other activities required to ensure safety, reliability and efficiency of the production facilities.

Responsibilities:
Collaborates on Day to day maintenance execution - Upon Facility Manager's request, he/she supports the Facilities on their day-to-day maintenance when activities require competencies not available at site level;
Collaborates on Optimize turnaround and day to day maintenance strategy & scope & execution - He/she provides the Central Maintenance Manager with all the inputs related to his/her scope of responsibility necessary for optimizing the maintenance strategy;
Implement the maintenance plan - Ensure the accomplishment of the Turnaround is on time and within budget;
Monitor and evaluate the maintenance process effectiveness, and determine and implement improvement actions - Give feedback to the group.

Job Requirements:
The ideal candidate is expected to be result oriented and energetic;
Holds a Mechanical / Electrical Engineering discipline;
8 to 10+ years of Process Safety, industrial experience and/or equivalent to working experiences in Gas facilities;
Knowledge in google workspace and skills in using computerized maintenance management systems would be an added advantage;
Good Customer Service and Communication skills.
