Position: Management and Finance Assistant
Total Vacancy: 1 Female

Job Requirements:–

1) Minimum of 3 - 5 years working experience
2) Fluent in English and Malay and strong verbal communication skills
3) In urgent matters, able to work in a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
4) Strong sense of responsibilities and urgency
5) Minimum O’Level or equivalent qualification preferred
6) Preferably living in Brunei Muara Area
7) Have valid driving license
8) Able to collaborate and work effectively with others and in team
9) Able to listen to Immediate Superiors’ instruction and commence work independently
10) Able to communicate with teammates/customer professionally and attends to their needs quickly
11) Familiarity in adhering to safety at work is a must

Brief Job Descriptions and Responsibilities:–

1) Be capable of secretarial jobs, letter writing and other appropriate jobs for the Company Board of Management
2) In charge of filing system, to ensure documents and correspondence are filed into appropriate files.
3) Preparing cash advance, payment request form, issue of invoice to client as per Purchase Order and Deliver order
4) Submission of Request for Quotation to Clients; other management administration tasks – man power welfare – mob/demob arrangement, accommodation, transportation & etc; general errands; others as and when required and etc.
5) Update invoice’s log for tracking purposes.
6) Responsible for logging all incoming and outgoing mails and to inform courier services for any collections or delivery
7) Faxing and emailing administrative documents requested by management and HR coordinator.
8) Preparing requirements for Immediate Superior/Driver/General Duties
9) Monitoring Driver/General Duties and to place order requests for inadequate supplies
10) Preparing WEEKLY MONTHLY reports of the inventory balances and any shortages to the Immediate Superior.
11) Examine and inspect stock items for wear or defects, reporting any damage to Immediate Superior.
12) Verify inventory computations by comparing them to physical counts of stock, and investigate discrepancies or adjust errors.
13) To ensure and monitor the Company’s stock items are available at all the time – day to day inventory and ensure stock availability at minimum level.
14) Ensure the cleanliness and proper organization of the office area
15) To monitor the usage of the Company car fuel.
