Job Description:

We are looking for fast leaner and active personnel to undertaking daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department´s activities as well as supporting marketing executives in assisting in various projects.

Responsibilities:

- Daily department marketing/administration task which also including arranging event logistic and assisting delivery coordination.
- Posting and provide information by answering questions and requests on Social Media.
- Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc
- Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level etc
- Assisting operation and scheduling

Requirements:

- Pro-active and hardworking
- Proven admin and assistant experience
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Attention to details and planning skills
- Proficient in MS office
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
