Job Requirements

1. Ability to effectively present ideas visually and verbally to internal stakeholders, and intended audiences;
2. Strong communication and organizational skills
3. Ability to be adaptable to a fast-paced and changing environment;
4. Very high attention to detail;
5. Personable, ability to work well with a variety of different personality types and skill sets;
6. Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills;
7. Experience in marketing is preferable
8. Knowledge of software such as Adobe Illustrator, MS Publisher, Photoshop and InDesign a bonus

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Plan and implement marketing activities to promote company's business
2. Assist in developing the marketing strategy with Business Development Director and Marketing manager for the company in line with company objectives
3. Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing co
ection
4. Undertake continuous analysis of competitive environment and consumer trends
5. Overseeing all marketing activity and ensuring it fits with the marketing strategy and maintaining brand identity
6. Managing the company’s social media accounts and posting relevant content.
7. Create designs with Business Developer and Marketing manager for websites, print media, social media, product design, displays and productions.
8. Ensure a creative, consistent look and feel that adheres to and supports organizational brand and visual identity;
9. Ability to learn to lead and manage a marketing team
10. Optional to learn to scuba dive and first aid Be part of an exciting, fast moving and dynamic company.


Education Required: GCE ''A'' Level
Age: 24 - 35 years old
Driving License Class: 3
Basic Salary: B$ 550 / Month
Allowances: B$ 50
Employment Type: Full Time
