Position: Mechanic

Job Description:

1. Achieve labour sales target by month year
2. Satisfactorily perform general mechanical repairs periodic maintenance, electrical/electronics, air con system check and installation, troubleshooting analysis on vehicles
3. Communicate to service advisor on further repairs
4. Communicate with service advisor parts required for repair
5. Comply to SOP and repair manuals guidelines
6. Comply to fix it right process. No come back job
7. Promote sale of labour and parts to customers
8. To ensure tool and equipment are in good working condition
9. To ensure good housekeeping and tools are always kept in orderly manner
10. Comply with Environmental Health & Safety guidelines
11. Comply with company code of conduct, ethics, discipline and other IT policies.
12. Conduct and attend Tool Box talk prior to commencement of work
13. Conduct safety and security check on customer vehicle park on the parking lot
14. Attend training to update knowledge and skills Any other duties directed by management

Education Required: National Vocational Certificate (NVC) or equivalent (NTC)
Age: 21 - 30 years old
Driving License Class: 1--3
Basic Salary: B$ 400 / Month
Employment Type: Full Time
Benefit: 10% Labour sales commission based on target
