Description

We are seeking skilled Mechanic to join our operations team in Sparrows Group here in Brunei.

Primary Responsibility is to carry out maintenance work under the direction of Mechanic Supervisor.

Main Responsibilities:
• Inspect, troubleshoot and repair mechanical equipment.
• Repair mechanical components.
• Carry out preventative maintenance program.
• Proper handling of assigned tools and equipment.
• Ability to follow mechanical drawing.
• Ability to follow Sparrows and client’s procedures.
• Ability to use all types of measuring equipment.
• Understanding tolerances and types of “fit”
• Inform Supervisors of any defects in a prompt manner and keep them updated on maintenance activities
• Ensure good house keeping in your work area.
• Remain safety cautious and use compulsory PPE.

Skills/ Qualifications:
• Hold a mechanic qualification or can demonstrate at least 2 years of verifiable mechanical engineering knowledge and work experience.
• BOSIET is a must for offshore work.
