Job Description:

As a Music Teacher:

1. One must be at least
3 years of experience in this field of teaching with Diploma. Must be Bachelor of Music or Arts, Knowledgeable in ASSOCIATED BOARD OF THE ROYAL SCHOOLS OF MUSIC or ABRSM & TRINITY COLLEGE LONDON EXAMINATION, Well known in teaching aural skills, music theory, sight reading, scales and instrumental techniques and can handle two or more different instruments or can teach music theory, Training and seminars attended.
2. Teach everything from Fundamentals to advance.
3. Responsible for preparing the students for music examinations such as Associated Board of the Royal Schools of Music (ABRSM) and Trinity College London. The teacher must have the knowledge about this examination.
4. Arrangement and organizing music lessons to individual student especially their needs and other syllabuses required for examination
5. Acquiring teaching materials and other resources such as books and others.
6. Reassuring the students’ improvement and encouraging them.
7. Recitals are required, the teacher must prepare the students piece
8. Producing and continuing a network of contacts to ensure work continuity and the period of stay
9. Monitoring the progress of the students.


Education Required: Higher National Diploma (HND) or equivalent
Age: 21 - 35 years old
Basic Salary: B$ 650 / Month
Employment Type: Part Time/Full Time
