Position: NS-2 / DS-1 Tubular Inspector
Total Vacancy: 1 Male

Job Responsibilities

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively
• Minimum of 5 years inspecting full range of rig inspection services using the latest nondestructive testing (NDT) equipment
• Conduct field and in house inspections
• Conduct in shop repairs
• Competent in EMI tubular inspection system

Education - Skills - Knowledge - Qualifications & Experience

1) Experienced inspector with detailed knowledge of API-RP7G, Specification 7, RP 5A5, 5CT
2) Qualified to inspect Tubular as per DS-1
3) Qualified to inspect Tubular as per NS-2
4) Qualified, competent and experienced in the following inspection methods:
a) API/RSC thread inspection (API-TI) Ø Dimensional inspection (DI)
b) Visual inspection (VT)
c) Magnetic particle (MT)
d) Liquid dye penetrant (PT)
e) Electromagnetic tubular inspections (ET-MFL)
f) Ultrasonic inspection of rotary-shouldered connections (UT-RSC)
g) Ultrasonic inspection of high-stress areas and tube upsets (UTEA)
5) Strong background in Drill Pipe, Drill Collar, Tubing and Sub inspection
6) Maintain all required records
