Position: Oiler (Offshore)

Job Description:

• Responsible for maintaining the Engine Department.
• Requirement Every rating forming part of an engine-room watch or designated to perform duties in a periodically unmanned engine-room on a seagoing ship powered by main propulsion machinery of 750kW propulsion or more, other than ratings under training and ratings whose duties are of an unskilled nature, shall be duly certified to perform such duties (Regulation III/4).

Every candidate for certification shall:

1. Be more than 18 years of age.
2. Have completed Approved seagoing service including not less than six months training and experience.
3. Have experience in Basic Safety Training, Rigging and Slinging, BOSIET/ HUET, Banksman Level 2.

Education Required: GCE ''O'' Level
Age: 18 - 40 years old
Driving License Class: 3
Basic Salary: B$ 50 / Day
