Readymix Concrete (B) Sdn. Bhd. is the leading ready mixed concrete manufacturer in Brunei Darussalam. As part of our business expansion, we are looking for vibrant and energetic individuals who are not afraid to excel beyond their limits to join us and be part of our wining team.

Key responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee construction operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and timely delivery of projects.
- Develop project timelines, budgets, resource plans, and risk assessments.
- Monitor progress across all active projects and ensure compliance with health & safety, building codes, and company standards.
- Identify operational improvements and implement process enhancements to boost productivity and cost-effectiveness.
- Review project KPIs, check progress and financial reports, and present updates to management.
- Ensure legal, environmental, and safety regulations are met on all sites.

Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
- 7+ years of experience in construction project or operations management, including multi-site supervision.
- Proven track record in delivering complex construction projects on time and within budget.
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and local regulations.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
- Mandarin proficiency is an advantage
