Job Description:

Leadership and Management

i. Maintain a professional and supportive leader among peers, subordinates and supervisors.
ii. Implement non-discriminatory related management skills while training, counseling, coaching and motivating all employees.
iii. Model the execution of all Store Manager responsibilities in accordance with region standards.
iv. Demonstrate the use of the “Performance Model” when managing the performance of all employees.
v. Recommend a Go / No-Go decision regarding each trainee’s promotions to Store Manager.
vi. Assist Store Managers in troubleshooting operation opportunities in different location.

Education Required: First Degree or equivalent
Age: 25 - 40 years old
Driving License Class: 3
Basic Salary: B$ 800 / Month
Employment Type: Full Time
