Description:
The duties and responsibilities of a pest control supervisor include overseeing all pest control technicians and contributing to customer base growth, retention, and company profitability.

Roles & Responsibilities:
• Communicate effectively with customers about what their pest problem is and how you will solve it.
• Managing the day-to-day requirements of the pest control operations team
• Train pest control technicians and assist them in their day-to-day tasks.
• Ensure the resources and team members are efficiently utilized, rotas are planned and executed in line with the plans
• Allocate the pest control teams to site locations in line with project and mobilization plans
• Delegating project tasks to operations team members, monitor the completion of the tasks from open to close
• Ensure the performance of the team is managed in line with the role expectations
• Maintain a good relationship with the team and encourage proactiveness.
• Responsible for maintaining all weekly reporting requirements for Projects

Job Requirements:
• 2 years in a supervisors position
• Technical qualification in pest control (preferable)
• Advanced knowledge of pest control
• Experience in all aspects of pest control: General pest control, termite control, bird control, and rodent and reptile control
• Experience in leading a pest control team.
