• Minimum of 5 years experience in Project Pla
ing in Oil and Gas construction projects with demonstrable experience in turnaround / shutdown experience in medium sized brown-field projects.
• Experience may be onshore or offshore

Job Descriptions:

• Act as Single Point Responsible PTAS person for overall project pla
ing and scheduling of the contract activities and shall be the focal point of contact for client’s pla
ing group.
• Responsible for the control of project and support the Contract Manager by providing relevant information and status of the contract / project.
• Providing technical support to the fabrication / construction team by supplying live information on total work volume, material status, pla
ed activities, progress reporting and progress, claim & invoicing àQS.
• Review Engineering AFC Packages and engage with the Discipline Engineers for any necessary technical input in order to develop and accurate and complete scope of work, work breakdown structure, work packages etc.
• Liaise with the project Quantity Surveyor to ensure that a consistent scope of work is used by the Quantity Surveyor as the basis for cost estimates for Client’s Contract Holder to review and approve.
• Develop Project Schedule for each project with details from Level 1 to Level 4.
• Coordinate internal review with discipline engineers and fabrication coordinator before finalizing.
• Issue to client for review, collate comments and issue final.
• Co-ordinate with Discipline Engineers and Supervisors on project progress status, causes of project delay, and initiate necessary action and recovery plan
• Develop a Work Management System to ensure effective and efficient project material management, scheduling, project control and work progress reporting etc.
• Develop an electronic system to manage these efficiently


Education Required: Higher National Diploma (HND) or equivalent
Age: 35 - 50 years old
Driving License Class: 3
Basic Salary: B$ 3, 500 / Month
