Position: Product Development Executive (Outbound Destinations)

Job Description:

Applicants must have minimum 2-3 years working experience in Travel Industry.
Product Development Executive's job is to strategically acquire new customers and sell additional products or services to existing ones. The priority role is to expand and diversify its clientele including business-to-business, business-to-customer, and online customers.

Developing New Outbound Destination and cruise products
Working with the online platform marketing team to provide and update content for blogs and social media strategy plan
Sourcing new product to sell on the websites and ensure it suits the market needs
Liaising with existing suppliers and developing relationships with new suppliers
Manage the pricing strategy for all products including new and existing, making sure prices are kept up to date and competitive
Monitoring KPIs and liaising with key team members on your findings
Sourcing special offers for the marketing strategy
Strong business sense, analytical and organisational strategic skills with a high degree of attention to detail
Sourcing new and updating existing products and inspirational images to sell products
Help generating high yield revenue market through new account development and key account management
Experience and Knowledge of building and developing industry relationships
Human Resource Training for New Guides and New product updates
Upload and Upgrade latest New Information for Business Organisation and Communication.
Arranging and coordinating local and overseas agent, press and media visits
Implementation of effective friendly strategic administrative system
Work joint cooperatively the Operation Team in all aspects of administrative works as necessary.


Education Required: Higher National Diploma (HND) or equivalent
Age: 25 - 40 years old
Driving License Class: 3
Basic Salary: B$ 800 / Month
Allowances: B$ 350
Employment Type: Full Time
