Position: QA/QC Inspector
Total Vacancy: 15 Male

Job Description:

- University degree in Mechanical/Chemical Engineering
- Minimum 05 years of experience in similar position
- Minimum 05 years of working experience in Power, Fertilizer or Oil & Gas projects
- Advanced level of English skills (Listening, Speaking, Reading and Writing)
- Advanced knowledge and practical experience in welding work
- Computer literacy essential.
- Perform all daily inspection and test under scope of work
- Ensures all site activities are complied with related quality procedures, method statement and inspection test plan.
- Coordinate with the Contractor for inspection and meeting about quality problems including the closure of Non-Compliance Report.
- Report to the QA/QC Manager, control, and monitor all activities related to Quality
- Taking care of QA/QC documents including certificates, calibration, test results, inspection requests, non-compliance reports and site instruction/observations, permanent materials delivered and other QA/QC documents.
- Responsible for the closure of Non-conformance (NCR) and Site Instruction (SI).
- Develop method statement for all activities including risk assessment and job safety analysis and Inspection Test Plan and Checklist based on specifications of the project.
- Carry out Internal Audit at the site as scheduled in the Project Quality Plan, PQP.

Education Required: Higher National Diploma (HND) or equivalent
Age: 25 - 50 years old
