Position: Quantity Control Supervisor

Job Description:

• Inspect raw materials to ensure consistency and integrity prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities with the architect and/or the client;
• Maintain, test and troubleshoot all instrumentation devices
• Attempt repairs on broken or damaged products to determine the best way to scale those repairs
• Report problems or concerns to senior management immediately
• Test a certain percentage of all products based on industry standards Undertake cost analysis for repair and maintenance project work;
• Manage our quality quantity assurance division and ensure all employees meet their requirement
• Provide training and support to QA team
• Assist in establishing a client's requirements and undertake feasibility studies;
• Perform risk, value management and cost control;
• Advise on a procurement strategy;
• Create an effective, efficient testing protocol to be used across all product lines
• Identify, analyse and develop responses to commercial risks;
• Prepare and analyse costings for tenders;
• Allocate work to subcontractors;
• Provide advice on contractual claims;
• Analyse outcomes and write detailed progress reports;
• Value completed work and arrange payments;
• Maintain awareness of the different building contracts in current use;
• Understand the implications of health and safety regulations.


Education Required: GCE ''O'' Level
Age: 30 - 45 years old
Driving License Class: 3
Basic Salary: B$ 1, 500 / Month
Allowances: B$ 200
