Position: RECEPTIONIST
Total Vacancy: 1 Male/Female

Job Requirements :

• Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office
• Representative or similar role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Hands-on experience with office equipment (e. g. fax machines and printers)
• Professional attitude and appearance
• Solid written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
• Excellent organizational skills
• Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
• Customer service attitude
• Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories; giving instructions.
• Maintains security by following procedures; monitoring logbook.
• Responsible for answering incoming calls, directing calls to appropriate associates, mail distribution, flow of correspondence, requisition of supplies as well as additional clerical duties.


Education Required: First Degree or equivalent
Age: 23 - 50 years old
Driving License Class: 3
Basic Salary: B$ 500 / Month
