Position: Retail Sales Assistant

Job Description:

• Proactive in greeting all customers and respond effectively with customer queries
• Understand the customers need, wants and being able to respond accordingly
• Able to deal with customer service, sales, services queries Be competent in having product knowledge of the products/services PSCB have to offer to its customers
• Manage stock levels and availability of sims, hard top up cards, mobile phones, accessories and other store products
• Assist with deliveries and stock handling as directed
• Merchandise and replenish stock as directed
• Handle and resolve customer queries via telephone, email, letters and/or face to face
• Operate and understand all systems to handle sales, financial transactions including billing and sales
• Co-ordinate customer service needs with other departments as required to ensure customer service standards are achieved
• Refer complaints of product or services failures to relevant store members departments for investigation and follow up as appropriate
• Operate tills and understand systems to handle financial transactions including billing and sales
• Undertake cleaning and housekeeping duties within the customer services area
• Contribute towards continuously improve customer satisfaction in stores.
• Ensure all systems and records are kept up to date
• Ensure that all legal obligations and data protection rules are adhered to during conversations with customers.


Education Required: National Diploma
Age: 18 - 30 years old
Driving License Class: 3
Basic Salary: B$ 27 / Day
Allowances: B$ 115
Employment Type: Part Time
