Position: Retail Support Representative

Job Description:

Purpose:

To assist the Retail Support Supervisor in the operations of indirect sales through building a strong relationship with third party retailers and expanding retail outlets

Accountabilities:

1. Drive sales performance fwithin indirect cha
el by driving prepaid SIM, Recahrge cards , and/ or devices, in order to achieve indirect cha
el targets
2. Drive e-top up penetration among retail base
3. To assist to expand the business retail base or adding new shops by selling Progresif products
4. Develop and build a strong relationship with retailers
5. Report information on competitors’ activities and feedback from retailers
6. Ensure all relevant administration is completed in relation to field sales visits
7. Ensure adequate stock at retail level
8. Perform daily/ necessary field visits
9. Prepare and submit reports to direct supervisor
10. Provide feedback on retail brand visibility and take corrective action as and when required
11. Ensure that customer solutions are effectively delivered. Effectively resolve complaints and implement processes to reduce future complaints and dissatisfaction.
12. Maintain all operational policies, processes, procedures and business ethnics as per company and retail standards


Education Required: National Diploma
Age: 25 - 35 years old
Driving License Class: 3
Basic Salary: B$ 1, 450 / Month
Allowances: B$ 115
Employment Type: Full Time
