Position: Sales and Marketing Executive

Job Description:

• To maintain regular sales contact with contractors, distributors, specifiers, developers and government department within area of responsibility

• Manage to negotiate favourable terms & conditions on project during pre-sales stage
• Manage to propose and work out alternative i
ovative proposals and solutions at different stages of tendering process
• Conduct presentations to potential client, customer, consultant, architect and quantity surveyor
• Work with end-user in the promotion of Lysaght product.
• Gather market intelligence for market survey
• To comply with local legal and company Occupational Health, Safety and Environment (OHSE) policies, rules, procedure, regulations, and participate and contribute towards improving OHSE practices

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Higher NITEC in Civil and Structural Engineering Design or Diploma in Civil Engineering, preferably with Degree in Civil and Structural Engineering
• Minimum 2 years sales experience in Retail
• Preferably good knowledge of Building and Construction Industry
• Functional and technical skills (AutoCAD drafting skills)
• Proficient in English language both oral and written with good presentation skills
• Must be team player and has a positive attitude in facing challenges
• Result oriented
• Business acumen
• Strong commitment to safety is a must


Age: 25 - 45 years old
Basic Salary: B$ 2, 000 / Month
Allowances: B$ 200
