Position: Sales Manager

Job Description:

• Build a strong, auditable, sales pipeline of customer opportunities with multiple times cover to deliver against sales order, revenue and cash targets.
• Build and maintain strong and effective customer relationships acting as a trusted adviser in a collaborative solution-selling approach that maximizes customer lifetime value to BIG.
• Build, maintain and update customer-specific account plans for the key focus customer accounts.
• Identify sales roadblocks and provide feedback on client requirements and business intelligence into the sales management and product development process.
• Work closely with Legal in the preparation, negotiation and closing of Service Order Forms and Master Services Agreements.
• Work closely with Networks (Service Delivery) to ensure accurate, on-time delivery and revenue realization.
• Work closely with Networks (NOC) to ensure customer fault issues are addressed in a timely manner.
• Qualification & Experience Required – Degree holder/ HND holder with minimum 3-5 years working experience in Sales & Marketing.
• Good knowledge in ICT industry and submarine cable is preferred.
