Position: SALES MANAGER

Job Description:
• Direct the actual distribution or movement of a products to the customer
• Coordinate sales distribution by establishing sales territories, quotas, and goals
• Analyze sales statistics gathered by staff to determine sales potential and inventory requirements and monitor the preferences of customers
• Responsible for meeting and monitoring the sales objective of the team through effective implementation and development of sales strategies and program
• Develop pricing schedules and rates
• Develop promotional ideas and material
• Formulate sales policies and procedures
• Conduct market research, competitor and customer analysis
• Investigate lost sales and customer accounts
• Forecast annual, quarterly and monthly sales revenue
• Track, collate and interpret sales figures
• Help prepare budgets, control expenses and monitor budgets
• Responsible to organize, coach and lead teams of sales executives to work towards agreed targets
• Establish training programs for sales executives
- At least 5 years of successful sales (FMCG) and managerial experience
- Good moral character is required
- People management skills
- Planning and Business Development skills
- Exceptional presentation, written and oral communication skills
- Exceptional ability to train, motivate and manages Sales Team
- Proficient in Microsoft applications
Education Required: National Diploma
Age: 30 - 45 years old
Driving License Class: 3
Basic Salary: B$ 1, 800 / Month
Employment Type: Full Time
