RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Develop a thorough understanding of the health and personal care its seasonality, to study on customer interest and business trends/events
• Focus on the customer, both existing and potential, and use that knowledge to help deliver site features and merchandising that provide customers with an excellence nursing service experience
• Analyze performance of site campaigns and make recommendations for future optimizations
• Create and present monthly and quarterly business reviews outlining sales activation performance and learnings
• Execute marketing plans to support key company brands within the category
• Research best-in-class content creation practices; identify & test new service opportunities
• Develop strategies to support new service and innovation across services
• Hold incredibly high standards for the product that we deliver
• Coordinate and carry out all office administration including reception, mail, couriers, greeting clients and filing
• Maintain a clean and safe workspace, and abide by workplace health and safety policies and procedures
• Other tasks as directed

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Certificate in Business Admin or relevant experience
• First aid certificate

Experience:
• 3 years previous experience in an similar role/industry

Skills:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong presentation and public speaking skills
• Excellent analytical skills; proficient in Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
• Strong organization, time management and problem-solving skill
