Position: Sales Operations Manager
Total Vacancy: 1 Male/Female


Work Experience:

a. minimum 5 years of work experience in the same/similar position and industry
b. With knowledge in all facets of store operations, merchandising, visual merchandising, manpower management and breakeven analysis and inventory management
c. Very good communication skills - fluency both in English and Malay; Speak Chinese is an advantage

Job Summary:

• Accountable for the efficient daily operations and attainment of sales quota.
• Works with the Managing Director and other departments in the strategic pla
ing, business review, business development and expansion of the department.

Duties & Responsibilities:

1) Oversees and monitors the operations of the department. Keeps a very well-organized record of all pertinent activity.
2) Monitors the Assistant Manager, Supervisor, Assistant Supervisor and Sales Assistant selling and management skills in implementing policies and procedures related to people, inventory, cash, fixed assets to ensure:
a. assets accountability and control
b. image compliance
c. sales- based performance training and development
d. discipline and motivation of perso
el

3) Works with the Managing Director and other relevant department in strategic pla
ing, sales forecasting and achieving monthly, quarterly, a
ual sales objectives.
4) Reviews and recommends policy/system improvements and solve problems for sustaining and increasing sales as well as the productivity of the department as a whole. Carries out, implements, monitors, and studies projects, ideas, and programs in the department.
5) Co-evaluates the performance of the perso
el within the department and gives recommendation to the Management for salary adjustment, movement, and promotion.
6) Ensures discipline, resolves issues, and recommends sanctions whenever necessary.
7) Studies non performing stores and oversees improvement. Identifies promising opportunities and recommends expansion.
8) Jointly coordination with the Marketing Team for all relevant requirements and events.



Education Required: First Degree or equivalent
Age: 35 - 50 years old
Basic Salary: B$ 2, 000 / Month
