Position: Sales Training Coordinator

Highlights of Key responsibilities:
1. Coordinate content and resources in support of all learning, training and capability building for Sales teams
2. Work with sales leadership to fully plan and execute the logistics for all training & learning programmes
3. Maintain and administer the entire capability building portfolio for Sales teams
4. Assist Sales trainer in compiling and manage data to ensure sales training records and KPIs are properly documented, tracked and updated.
5. Prepare training materials/documents required for training programmes
6. Resolve any issues/problems that may arise throughout the programme implementation stage
Key requirements
1. Brunei Citizen/PR
2. Minimum 1-2 years relevant working experience
3. At least HND in relevant fields such as business management/training with automotive background is an advantage
4. Able to present a highly professional image at all times
5. Performance-driven and have passion for continuous learning & people development
6. Enthusiastic and client focused/learner-centered, with strong problem solving and organisation skills
7. Knowledge of and interest in trends & development in automotive sector/dealerships
8. Highly positive and proactive; with ability to engage with Sales teams and different functions within the organisation
9. Reliable with effective planning and time management
10. Strong in research, analytics, data and record management
11. Willing to travel as and when required
Education Required: Higher National Diploma (HND) or equivalent
Age: 25 - 40 years old
Driving License Class: 3
Basic Salary: B$ 1, 000 / Month
Employment Type: Part Time
