Position: Scaffolder Supervisor - Offshore
Total Vacancy: 2 Male

Job Description:

1. Communication with the Operations Manager and/or Scaffold Manager to discuss and establish daily job cards, drawings and requirements
2. Calculate scaffold loading and establish appropriate scaffolding platform to build
3. Check worksites for possible hazards, identify and log
4. Checking levels in scaffolding structures and maintaining scaffold equipment
5. Erecting all scaffolding as instructed for its intended use
6. Fitting steel tubes and support braces together to form the scaffolding framework
7. Regularly inspecting scaffolding for safety of structure
8. Using prefabricated scaffolding including aluminium structures
9. One supervisor normally takes care of at least 2 site areas where each area has its own Advance Crew. Supervisor will liaise with this Advance on the activity of their individual sites.
10. Supervisor need to submit the scaffolding document report on daily based or weekly to SHIKA Office

Age: 30 - 50 years old
Basic Salary: B$ 1, 700 / Month
