Job Description:

Purpose of Job

• He is responsible for the upkeep of navigational charts, equipment / instruments, voyage planning, medical matters if medic is not complemented, and assists the Chief Officer in cargo operations

Qualifications required

1. Officer in charge of a navigational watch on ships of 500 GRT or more shall hold an appropriate certificate (Regulation II/1).
2. Officer in charge of a navigational watch on ships of less than 500 GRT not engaged on NCV shall hold an appropriate certificate for ships of 500 GRT or more (Regulation II/3)

Education Required: National Diploma
Age: 20 - 50 years old
Driving License Class: 3
Basic Salary: B$ 300 / Day
Employment Type: Full Time
