Description

We are a sole distributor and retailer for Jaguar Land Rover Brand of premium motor vehicles, and we are looking for Qualified Senior Technician to add to our busy workshop. You will be working closely with the existing team, you will be required to maintain company and Jaguar Land Rover Brand standards, servicing and cover a wide range of diagnostics, inspections, repairs, and maintenance. We will rely on your expertise to provide unparalleled customer service and experience, advice, and productivity. You will be our go-to technician for all things JLR.
A Few of the Key Responsibilities:

• Perform maintenance and repair on vehicles as instructed and according to JLR specification and standard.
• Analyses and Identify problems with vehicles using diagnostic equipment.
• Inspect, maintain, upgrade or repair vehicle computer software and electronic systems to ensure good performance of the vehicle.
• Work with Workshop Controller and Quality Controller to ensure all services and repairs assignments are completed correctly and passed quality inspections or test drives.
• Complete all assignments within specified time frame and to ensure high level of productivity and efficiency and to achieve the target hour sold.
• Put safety first and observe all safety rules and guidelines in the workshop or during assignments outside the workshop.

Basic salary: Minimum BND1, 200. Salary offered will be commensurate with qualification and experience

Minimum Education / Qualification:

• Level 3 and 4 qualifications with certificates.
• Excellent diagnostic skills and proficiency in all repair work
• Be team orientated and lead by example
• Valid Drivers’ licence
• EV training/certification is highly regarded
• Hold a diploma or post-secondary in automotive training or certification
• Minimum 3 to 4 years’ experience in automotive repair and general servicing.
• Good communication both verbal and written
• Able to put Customer first and has good customer service and problem-solving skills, including the ability to maintain composure under stress
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
