Position Summary:

• As a Service Advisor working for the Jaguar Land Rover Retail Network you are an integral part of the team supporting the delivery of customer first service in the aftersales division.
• Your role is to ensure customers expectations are exceeded and any complaints are effectively resolved.
• Offer customers additional products or services where meaningful to the customers needs.
• Maintain all customer databases accurately and ensure you contact all customers in a timely manner, hitting key targets.

Key Skills and Experience:

• Minimum Diploma in Mechanical or related field.
• At least 3 years experience performing similar work and able to work independently.
• Strong technical knowledge in European vehicles.
• Must be service oriented and have good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic and matrixed organization.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively multi-task.
• Valid Class 3 driving license.

Salary commensurate with qualification and experience.

Age: 25 - 55 years old
Driving License Class: 3
Basic Salary: B$ 1, 200 / Month
