Position: SHOP ASSISTANT

Job Description:

• A customer service position, you're there to assist customers and make sure their shopping experience is enjoyable so they come back.
• They are always ready to answer questions and find items for customers, to give advice and information, to keep the stock in the shop looking its best, and to handle payment for customers' purchases.
• Arrange orders and deliveries of stock for customers.
• Advise the customer of information relating to their purchase, such as its warranty or how to look after it.
• Obtain customer feedback and suggest appropriate product revisions.
• Responsible for achieving sales quota in the assigned product lines.
• Assist in new product introduction and release activities.
• Be comfortable interacting with consumers .
• Explain product performance and benefits.
• Outgoing with a friendly personality.
• Have quality customer service and possess strong communication skills.
• Typically reports to a manager.


Education Required: GCE ''O'' Level
Age: 35 - 40 years old
Basic Salary: B$ 450 / Month
Employment Type: Full Time
