Position: SITE HSE SUPERVISOR
Total Vacancy: 15 Male

Job Description:

- University degree preferable in Occupational Health and Safety Degree
- Minimum 7 years of experience in similar position
- Minimum 7 years of working experience in international projects or Oil & Gas projects
- Advanced level of English skills (Listening, Speaking, Reading and Writing)
- Advanced skills in writing reports, correspondence and minutes of meeting
- Advanced skills in preparation and writing of site specific OHS Instructions
- Advanced audit knowledge and skills
- Preparation and performance of the site safety orientation training as well safety inductions
- Monitoring the effectiveness of the Site OSH plan and Site OSH instructions
- Preparation of emergency plans and procedures and organization of training
- Regular update of OSH plans and instruction as required
- Organization of Site OSH inspections and OSH meetings
- Compiling of monthly and weekly Site OSH reports incl. Records, statistics, incident reports as well non-conformance.
- Assisting the Site manager with OSH matters
- Checking and documentating all project-specific OSH requirements
- Coordinating on-site occupational health and safety
- OSH inspections
- Permit to work procedure
- Recording on-site accidents
- Performing OSH audits
- Preparation of hazard assessments for submission to main contractor
- Local Authorities communication

Education Required: Higher National Diploma (HND) or equivalent
Age: 25 - 50 years old
Basic Salary: B$ 1, 000 / Month
Employment Type: Full Time
