Description

Requirements
• Minimum 3 years in discipline-specific (steel, EQ, piping, electrical, instrumentation) materials handling.
• Good English language skills, plus optional Malayan of Vietnamese language.
• Knowledge of product and materials.
• License to operate forklift.

Responsibilities & Main Tasks.
• Monitor the delivery and loading / unloading process and receive the materials in the storage area.
• Physical preparation of material issue according to material issue form and hand-over to the site team or client.
• Physical return of materials returned from subcontractors or client; check / inspect quality and quantity, store these materials and report accordingly.
• Ensure proper material storage and record storage locations or change in storage location.
• Control access to all storage areas, ensure security measures are in place during absence of warehouse personnel.
• Support the Site Material Management team in performing inventories.
• Execute preservation activities for material in the storage areas.
