Description

1. The minimum requirements for contract Supervisor shall be as follows:-

- Have a valid driving license and be responsible for the workforce´s welfare. He shall liaise with the company Site Representative regarding the day-to-day routine Work and Contract administration matters.

- Must attend the defensive driving license.

- Have atended HSE courses relevant to supervisory roles.

2. He/She shall have the qualification and minimum experience requirement as follows:

- Have at least 1 (one) years´ experience as an independent Supervisor in the type if work covered by the contract

- Ability to work with minimum supervision

- Capability to act as the nominated deputy to the contract manager

- As a minimum be able to communicate both written an oral, in English and Malay language, have proven supervisory and fully conversant with the company´s technical and HSE requirement

- Shall be well understanding on contract HSE aspects
