Position: Technical Assistant

Job Description:

Building maintenance:

• Cleaning and maintenance of all floor surfaces as directed by department supervisor;
• Care and cleaning of maintenance equipment;
• Painting, interior and exterior;
• Minor mechanical repair and/ or preventative maintenance;
• Alternate on-call availability for routine off-duty needs as scheduled by the Facilities Supervisor;

Boat maintenance:

• Assist in repairs of wooden and fiberglass boats according to blueprints and customer specifications, using hand tools and power tools:
• Assist in examining boat to determine location and extent of defect;
• Hand brushes or sprays paint or other finishing solution on repaired areas and waxes and buffs area to specified finish.

Boat operations:

• To do housekeeping in Jetty area, storage and on/in the boat;
• To carry out passenger and baggage transfer from the boat during any activity in a safe ma
er;
• To hand out life jacket to passenger.

Education Required: GCE ''A'' Level
Age: 23 - 40 years old
Driving License Class: 3
Basic Salary: B$ 500 / Month
Employment Type: Full Time
