Position: Technician

Job Description:

a. Responsible for personal & Team performance
b. To assist CRAs in handling customer enquiries and complaints.
c. To provide on-site installation, routine maintenance and breakdown services.
d. To ensure customer service appointments are attended to promptly.
e. To ensure customers are duly notified of assigned appointment.
f. To submit/bank-in daily cash and cheque that have been collected.
g. To ensure compliance of service standard at all times
h. To maintain standard stock accordingly
i. To ensure service equipment, tools & devices are taken care well.
j. To ensure company vehicle always in good condition, clean and well maintained.
k. To take good care of company image.
l. To execute any other job functions as assigned by superior.


Education Required: National Vocational Certificate (NVC) or equivalent (NTC)
Age: 20 - 45 years old
Basic Salary: B$ 900 / Month
Employment Type: Full Time
