Position : Accountant Clerk (Urgent)
Total Vacancy : 1 Female
Age: 18 - 50 years old

Requirements:
• High school degree/Associate’s degree or relevant certification is a plus
• Preferably with accounting experience (if none, still acceptable as long as willing to learn)
• Familiarity with book keeping and basic accounting procedures, ability to perform filing and record keeping tasks
• Competency in MS Office, databases, data entry and word processing skills and hands-on experience with spreadsheets and financial reports
• Local Bruneian or Permanent resident will give preference
• Posses Class 3 Driving license/own transport system.
Responsibilities:
• Provide accounting and clerical work related to construction company.
• Typing accurately, preparing and maintaining accounting documents and records
• process business transactions, like accounts payable and receivable, disbursements, expense vouchers and receipts.
• Keeping financial records updated, preparing reports and reconciling bank statements.
• Provide assistance and support to company perso

• To fill-up quotation/tender document, prepare related document, letter, quotation, claim etc.
• Inform management and compile reports/summaries on activity areas
• Function in accordance with established standards, procedures and applicable laws
• Constantly update job knowledge
• Ultimately, a successful Accounting Clerk will ensure that the company’s daily accounting functions run accurately and effectively.
