Position: Assistant Facility Manager

Job Description:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Civil Engineering or Building Studies from a recognised institution with additional qualification in sustainable development or energy management.
• Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in the Green Mark rectification.
• Highly preferred that he/she is a BCAI certified Green Mark Manager.
• Shall possess excellent communication skills and must be English literate.
• Shall be able to demonstrate ability and experience in prioritizing work load and oversee the works carried out by the team such as technicians, maintenance supervisors, etc for smooth operation at the facilities

Education Required: Master''s Degree (Master''s) or equivalent
Age: 30 - 55 years old
Driving License Class: 3
Basic Salary: B$ 2, 500 / Month
Employment Type: Full Time
