Position: Carpenter Supervisor
Total Vacancy: 1 Male

Job Description:

• Should have recent experience of atleast 5 yrs in construction of RCC frame structure building. • Min. 1 yr experience in pile foundation (Said exp. should be as a Contractors Engg and not as a Consultants Engg);
• Effectively communicate and coordinate with the clients, consultants, contractors, subordinates to execute projects on time;
• Should be able to effectively lead Subordinate Staff Members.
• Assist in preparation and submission of daily, weekly and monthly progress reports, prepare and maintain Measurement Records, RMC Records, Steels records etc;
• Prepare and submit bills and coordinate with client / consultant for certification of bills;
• Planning, mobilizing manpower and other resources;
• Total ownership towards the project.
• Must know MS office (Word, Excel),

Education Required: Pre National Diploma (PND) or equivalent (SC1, SC2, SC3)
Age: 30 - 50 years old
Driving License Class: 3
Basic Salary: B$ 1, 500 / Month
Employment Type: Full Time
