Requirements

1. Class 3 driving licence.
2. Familiar with MS Word and MS Excel (Autocad will be a plus).
3. Ready to commit to our company's HSE policies.
4. Experience with construction industry.
5. Able to read construction drawings.
6. Willing to participate in weekly meetings.
7. Willing to go to construction site to check estimation.
8. Committed to growing with our company.
9. Willing to learn attitude
10. Must be a team player

Responsibilities

1. To assist civil engineer for project estimation.
2. To visit client's site to understand requirements and estimate project cost.
3. To participate in kick off meeting of projects.
4. To monitor project cost.
5. To provide input to project close out report (project cost finalization).
6. To update and expand on company's project estimation unit rate.
7. To provide weekly cost report to project manager.
8. To prepare quotation to clients.

Education Required: National Vocational Certificate (NVC) or equivalent (NTC)
Age: 22 - 35 years old
Driving License Class: 3
Basic Salary: B$ 500 / Month
Employment Type: Part Time/Full Time
