Position: Admin Clerk
Total Vacancy: 1 Female

Available to start immediately

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assists the Warehouse Manager for warehouse and logistics-related tasks.
• Coordinates with the Logistics Dept and ensuring goods are dispatch in a timely manner
• Assists Billing Dept in issuance of invoices
• Assists clients, salesmen and co-workers with invoicing information
• Checks invoices for discrepancies in price, quantity and items.
• Prepares daily reports.


• Possess good organizational skills
• Good moral character is required
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge and experience using Biztrak MSB Financial system.
• At least three (2) meaningful experience of this role
• Ability to multitask and work under deadlines
• Must have own transport with valid driving license.


1. After 3 months probation will be offer permanent position base on satisfactory performance
