Has at least 3 years of experience using the Microsoft Office Suite in a professional setting.
At least 3 years of experience working in an office environment.
Experience writing formal emails in an office setting.
Language
Proficient in both English and Malay. (Chinese would be an advantage)

Responsibilities of the Role:
Manage Administration Staff - Overseeing and coordinating with the administration team.
Company Policy Implementation - Ensure processes and procedures comply with our company regulations.
Communicate with the Sales, IT, Logistics and Accounts team on tasks and projects.
Organise and supervise other office activities (Recycling, Renovations, event planning etc. )
Work and general tasks for the director of the company.
