Position: Administrative Intern
Total Vacancy: 1 Male/Female

Job Description:

1. Assist in Administrative work for projects and clients;
2. Perform routine clerical and administrative functions;
3. Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies;
4. Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management;
5. Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc. )
6. Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures;
7. Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data;
8. Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary;
9. Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned;
10. Assist colleagues whenever necessary;
11. To perform other tasks that may be required by the company.

Education Required: Higher National Diploma (HND) or equivalent
Age: 23 - 28 years old
Driving License Class: 3
Basic Salary: B$ 50 / Month
Employment Type: Part Time
Benefit: Certificate of Internship will be given upon completion of programme
