• Executive Principal (Based in Bandar Seri Begawan Campus & Kuala Belait Campus)

Job Summary
• A highly motivated and experienced candidate to lead a team of lecturers and support staff in providing the best educational experience for our students.
• Responsible in setting the general direction, strategy and operations for the institute.
Qualification and experience:
• Bachelor´s degree or equivalent professional qualifications in education with a minimum of 10 years´ experience in both teaching and education administration.
• Knowledgeable with teaching and training methodology.
• A goal-oriented person with excellent leadership, management, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Equip with good writing, communication and presentation skills in both Malay and English.
Responsibilities:
• Foster and maintain a clear vision for the institute that reflects its educational mission and vision, where practicable to look into new opportunities for the growth of the institute.
• Focus on the institute´s efforts on raising the quality of education to generate year-to-year improvement in performances.
• Inspire academic staff and students to attain their highest possible levels of achievement from their experience at our Institute.
• Implement and deliver the strategic and operational plans approved by the Board.
