Position: Office Assistance

Job Description:
- Maintaining filing system and updating record
- Keep the spreadsheet up to date
- Answer the phone to take messages or redirect calls to appropriate colleagues
- Prepare and sending reports via email
- Monitoring and ordering inventory of office supplies
- Other admin task which may be assigned
Candidates must possess the following criteria:
- Single (preferred)
- No transport problem
- Preferably lives nearby work site
- Punctual
- Bruneian / PR
- Fluent in both English & Malay
- Accounting background would be an advantage
- Able to use MS Office Application (Excel / Word)
- Fast Learner
- Able to multitask
- Responsible - Able to work under pressure
- Able to work over time
- Show initiative at work
- Can work well in a team (teamwork)
- Time management skills and ability to prioritize work
- Pays attention to details and accuracy
- Problem solver and independent
