Position: Office Clerk

Job Description:

• Luxe Development Sdn Bhd is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Office Clerk cum driver.
• The prospective candidate should have a minimum of 2 years relevant experience in associated administrative tasks.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Sorting and distributing incoming documents as well as prepare to deliver outgoing documents.
• All documents to be properly tracked and filed.
• Monitor the inventory checklist and inform if needs stock replenishment.
• Provide support to administrative office, which includes undertaking clerical duties, purchasing office supplies, paying bills, photocopying, banking duties, following up relevant matters etc. Perform any other office duties as assigned by the superiors.

REQUIREMENTS:

• A valid driver´s license
• A clean driving record
• Familiar with GPS, Brunei roads and neighbourhood
• Ability to lift heavy packages, physically well built
• Familiar with MS Office like Words & Excel
• Able to speak in English & Malay
• Hardworking, Energetic, Clean
• Independent

Any benefits will be discussed during the interview and actual salary offered will be subjective to related relevant experience, relevant educational background and last drawn salary.
