Position: Office Clerk
Total Vacancy: 1 Female

Job Responsibilities:

• Answer phone calls.
• Maintain and organize company files and records.
• Make copies of documents.
• Manage basic bookkeeping duties, upload invoices to e-invoice portal.
• Track inventory of office supplies and workers.
• Print out bills, vouchers for payment.
• Prepare contracts and invoices.
• Keep track of advertisements.
• Purchase tender and quotation.
• Deliver invoices by hand.
• Schedule and attend site inspection of projects when needed.


• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Basic knowledge of office procedures and basic accounting processes.
• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Willing to learn and multitask.

Education Required: GCE ´´O´´ Level
Age: 23 - 30 years old
Basic Salary: B$ 400 / Month
Allowances: B$ 100
Employment Type: Full Time
Benefit: Fuel allowance will be provided.
