Position: Office General Clerk (Microsoft Office Skill required)

Job Description:

• Answering incoming calls and routing them to the appropriate person in the office, or the respective project site.
• Inform employees from the Project sites to collect their respective letters.
• Greeting visitors (clients, subcontractors/suppliers) as they come into the office & offer safety induction.
• Place outgoing calls as requested or required.
• Picks up, opens, sorts, stamps, and distributes incoming mail and interoffice mail.
• Filing of documents as required.
• Sending and receiving faxes.
• May type transmittals and listings as backup and may organize / alphabetize filing.
• Assisting the HR/Admin department for necessary data entry recording.

Education Required: GCE ´´O´´ Level
Age: 20 - 45 years old
Driving License Class: 3
Basic Salary: B$ 500 / Month
Allowances: B$ 100
Employment Type: Full Time
